Audrey Kate's first Christmas!

Ethan & Audrey Kate had a great Christmas this year. It started off with a visit to Nana, Papa, Aunt Yvette, & Uncle P-nut and his family. All the great grandkids wore their matching gingerbreadmen shirts and had their picture made with Nana & Papa. It was a good time spent with our family. On Christmas eve, we celebrated Jesus by going to a Christmas eve service at our church. The next morning, we woke up and Ethan got to open his first present, his new Bible. Then Daddy read the story of Jesus Birth from his new Bible. After that the kids finished opening presents. Ethan had a Thomas the Train themed Christmas with all of his gifts being Thomas. Audrey Kate got her new floor mat and lots of other little baby toys. After that we celebrated Christmas at B & Pa's house and then went to Meemaw and Peepaw's to celebrate again. The Lord was good to us this Christmas and we thank Him for our early Christmas present (Audrey Kate) and the best present ever, His Son.

Pump It Up with the Family

This week my daddy has the whole week off from school and our whole family went to play on the bouncers at Pump It Up. It was Daddy's first visit and we all had so much fun. Daddy helped me in the obstacle course and in the basketball bouncer and also a couple of times on the slide. Mommy went on the slide with me 5 times. Audrey Kate just slept peacefully on the sidelines. I can't wait to go back!!

Little Sister

Forest Festival 2008

Pictures will be coming soon from the Forest Festival 2008. Mommy hated to miss it but she was still in the hospital with baby Audrey Kate. Thankfully my wonderful Aunt Cindy was able to take me and Daddy even got to come for a little bit as well. I dressed up as one of my favorite Playhouse Disney characters, Handy Manny. Afterwards I got to visit Mommy and Audrey Kate in the hospital. It was a good night but I was pooped by the end of it.

Ethan is a big brother now!!

Ethan is big brother now!!! His new baby sister, Audrey Kate, was born on October 29th at 6:05 in the afternoon. She was 5 lbs 11 oz. and 19 1/4 in long. The new big brother is still not sure what to think of her but he does love to give her sugars and tell everyone to be quiet around her. One of the first nights she was born he said "I have her" meaning he wanted to hold her so he does like her. I think he will be a great big brother. Right now his favorite thing is playing ball and he will say "Throw it to Daddy or throw it to mommy." Yesterday I was holding Audrey Kate and he wanted me to play with him so he told me "Throw baby to Charity." He still is not sure about her invading her space but he does love her.
